2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
•Account registration: name, email address, company name, phone number, province/state
•Company profile: business address, logo, HST/tax registration number, brand colours
•Business data: customer names, addresses, phone numbers and emails entered when creating quotes
•Payment information: collected and processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers
Information collected automatically:
•Device information: browser type, operating system, device type
•Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent in the app
•GPS coordinates: captured when photos are taken in the app for location stamping — stored alongside photos
•Push notification subscription tokens: stored to deliver weather alerts and job notifications
3. How We Use Your Information
•To provide and operate the SealProGO platform
•To generate quotes, invoices, and job reports on your behalf
•To send weather alerts for your scheduled jobs
•To send job assignment notifications to crew members
•To process subscription payments via Stripe

•Shotstack — video generation for job report slideshows (shotstack.io/privacy)
•Buffer — social media publishing if you connect your Buffer account (buffer.com/legal/privacy-policy)
•OpenWeatherMap — weather forecast data for job scheduling (openweathermap.org/privacy-policy)
•Base44 (Wix) — platform infrastructure and hosting (base44.com/privacy)
•OpenStreetMap/Nominatim — address geocoding for GPS photo stamping (osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy)
All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide their services.
5. Data Storage and Security
•All data is stored on secure servers operated by Base44 (Wix infrastructure)
•Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
•Photos and files are stored in Base44 secure file storage
•Access to your organization's data is restricted to users you invite
•We implement row-level security — no user can access another organization's data
•Payment card data is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all card processing
6. Your Rights (Canadian Users — PIPEDA)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
•Access the personal information we hold about you
•Correct inaccurate information
•Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
•Request deletion of your account and associated data
•File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
7. Your Rights (US Users)

8. Data Retention
•Active account data: retained while your subscription is active
•After cancellation: data retained for 90 days then permanently deleted upon request
•Financial records: retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to:
•Maintain your login session
•Remember your notification preferences
•Cache weather check timestamps
•Store your push notification subscription
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

SealProGO is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
